Our football program is a COMPETITIVE, FULL-PADS program for beginners to advanced players with special emphasis on proper and safe methods of tackling, blocking, and solid fundamentals. We aim to develop our athletes’ skills and put them to the test! All positions are played: Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Quarterback, Receiver, Defensive Back, Linebacker, Running Back, Tight End, and Special Teams.

Athletes play on the level according to their grades. See grade/levels below:

Freshman football includes all players grades 1st-2nd. This is a modified level where only eight players per team are on a modified 80 x 40-yard field with their coaches, so the focus is on learning the basics of offense and defense. Freshman football does not have (kicking/punting) special teams. The weight limit in this division for skill position players is 75 pounds maximum.

Junior Varsity
The Junior Varsity division is for 3rd and 4th graders and focuses on transitioning the teams to a full-sized field with modified UIL rules. The weight limit in this division for skill position players is 100 pounds maximum.

Varsity teams are typically made up of a 5th-grade team and a 6th-grade team. In order to prepare the players for middle school football, this division plays full UIL rules. The only weight limit in this division is for skill position players, which is 125 pounds maximum.


Please note the board may decide to move players around before the season starts based on the number of players on each team for safety purposes
